Sage Investco is a Retail Real Estate company based in Newport Beach California. It was formed in 2011 by Patrick Charriou, its current Manager. Sage is actively working with a select group of retail tenants, grocery markets, restaurants and gas station operators to find, develop and build new sites for their operations in the Western States of the US. With a main presence in California, Sage has experience and ongoing activity in other States like Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Montana and Texas.

Patrick Charriou

Managing Partner

Patrick is the founder and Managing partner of Sage Investco group of companies. He’s started the company in 2011 after serving 5 years as a Family Office investment officer and 8 years as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. Of French origin, and having moved to the USA in his 20’s, he now lives in Newport Beach with his wife, and three children and is an active member of his community.

Ralph Deppisch

Director of Development

Ralph Deppisch has over 35 years of commercial development experience specializing in forward planning and entitlements . A graduate engineer with an MBA along with a commercial brokers license, he has developed and or project managed over a $1B in property valuation as small as $2.5m to as large as over $100M . As Director od Development for Sage Investco , his primary role is to manage the initial stages of project development to include due diligence, title review, forward planning to include hiring of the consultant team, working closely with the governmental agencies through discretionary city approvals and assisting as needed with the leasing and construction managers to ensure a successful project.

Ted Flood

Director of Leasing

Ted started his career in commercial real estate 20 years ago on the tenant side, working for two Fortune 500 retailers and opening over 100 stores throughout CA, AZ and TX. He also served as VP for one of the top STNL investment sales groups in the country at Colliers International, managing over $90M in transactions from 2015-2016. At Sage Investco he focuses on leasing and tenant relationships, while helping to evaluate new opportunities and grow the overall business.

Jim Burnett

Construction Manager

A construction Manager with over 37 years’ experience in the commercial retail construction industry, 7 years in managing Design and Construction for retail developers in the LA and Orange County Area, producing commercial retail projects ranging from $2.7mill to $25mill shopping centers. Managing them from the initial design phase, thru construction and ultimately to the sale of the project.

Kim has more than 20 years of experience providing accounting and business advisory services specifically as it pertains to real estate and development. She leads our accounting team who execute the day-to-day finance functions of our operations.

Connie Fox

Development Manager

From a BS in Interior Design & Architecture that grew to 25+ years in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Entitlements, overseeing growth for an International Retailer, Tenant Coordination and Construction Management Experience; Connie has discovered her passion in Development.

Prior joining Sage Investco, she served 15 years in Architecture as Project Director for the Development groups and Executive Lead of special projects for Nadel Architects and P+R Architects, then transitioned to Real Estate Development as Director of Entitlements for World Premier Investments. She became a Senior Project Executive for MPA, Inc. where she continued to execute entitlements, development and construction management and tenant coordination services on various lifestyle commercial, retail and mixed-use projects, typically valued over 500 million. As Development Manager for Sage Investco, she interfaces with entitlements, appointing & managing the Design Team through Permitting, Tenant Coordination, Signage – generally, monitoring forward momentum of the projects to Construction, then assisting our Tenants & CM to Project Opening.
